3% Back Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of these Rewards Terms; Revised Rewards Terms; Opt Out. By accessing or using the App in any way or by clicking to agree to these Rewards Terms when that option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Rewards Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Rewards Terms, you may not participate in the Rewards Program. We may revise these Rewards Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. When we revise these Rewards Terms, we will post a revised version in the App. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of these Rewards Terms, but accepting these Rewards Terms, as revised, is required for your continued participation in the Rewards Program. If you do not agree to these Rewards Terms or any revised version of these Rewards Terms or do not want to participate in the Rewards Program, you may opt out of the Rewards Program at any time by contacting us at email@example.com or (866) 626-8045. Except as otherwise expressly stated by us, your participation in the Rewards Program is subject to the version of these Rewards Terms in effect at the time of your participation.
a. Receiving Rewards. As a token of our appreciation for your use of the App, we may, in our sole discretion, issue promotional credits (“Rewards”) to you for making a qualifying payment via the App or performing other qualifying actions identified by us. We, in our sole discretion, establish the terms and conditions for each qualifying payment and action and determine whether you have satisfied such terms and conditions and are eligible to receive Rewards. Such terms and conditions will be set forth in the App and may be updated, modified, or cancelled by us at any time in our sole discretion. We will generally issue Rewards within 90 days after you complete a qualifying payment or action, but in some cases, we may take longer to issue Rewards. If you charge back, cancel, dispute, or otherwise request a refund for a qualifying transaction for which you received, or are eligible to receive, Rewards, we may cancel the Rewards that you received, or are eligible to receive, in connection with the transaction. If we issue Rewards to you in error (e.g., we later determine that you did not comply with the terms and conditions of a qualifying payment), we may cancel the applicable Rewards.
b. Redeeming Rewards. Subject to these Rewards Terms and any other terms and conditions posted in the App, Rewards may only be used towards your future payments in the App. Certain limits may apply to your redemption of Rewards (e.g., we may limit the amount of Rewards that you may redeem towards a particular transaction).
c. Expiration. Unredeemed Rewards will expire 90 days after they are issued to you and may not be redeemed thereafter.
d. Additional Terms and Representations. You may not transfer, assign, sell, gift, exchange, trade, or convert your Rewards, except as expressly permitted by us and subject to applicable law. Any disposition or attempted disposition of Rewards in violation of these Rewards Terms will be void and may result in immediate termination of your Account. You acknowledge and agree that Rewards: (i) are issued solely by us and are not underwritten, funded, sponsored, or otherwise provided by any third party; (ii) have no cash or other monetary value and do not act as a substitute for real currency; and (iii) are not redeemable or exchangeable for real currency or other monetary value from us or any other third party.
