KELLY HARPER
VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT

Kelly was one of the first members of the Tabbedout management team, involved heavily in fund raising, developing and managing early partners and developing product strategy and product definition. Prior to Tabbedout, Kelly was the General Manager & CEO of Mango Financial Services (an MPOWER Company) where he developed the online and retail-based alternative financial services business targeting under-banked customers in the U.S. Kelly also worked as an independent product designer and consultant where he helped a variety of technical and non-technical clients research and develop new products and technologies and improve business processes. Kelly has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, and was an officer in the U.S. Navy where he trained as a carrier-based pilot.
